Credit Card Autopay Customers:
If your credit card is declined due to an address verification issue, first make a one-time payment for your current bill using the exact billing address and ZIP code your financial institution has on file.
Then, go to Payment Methods, click the pencil icon next to your card, update the address details, and click Save.
